I know this journey personally because I’ve been there. At 23, I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis, and the medications I was prescribed caused me to gain over 100 pounds. I hated myself. Even when my husband told me I was beautiful, I couldn’t see it—I didn’t believe him.
Then one day, I realized something life-changing: I am worthy of love, and no one will love me like I can love myself. That realization changed my life, and now I’m dedicated to helping other women find that same self-love and confidence.
